  • Do the colours on the screen correspond to the colours of the final product? The colours you see on screen are as close a representation as possible to the actual colours of the final product However, there may be slight variations due to differences in the screens and colour settings of each device

About Orders & Shipping

  • How long does it take for my order to be processed? The processing time for an order varies depending on the product, it usually takes 2-3 days for our talented team to work its magic. And for custom orders depends on the type of design and art, it takes about 4-5 days.
  • What are the shipping costs? Shipping costs depend on the destination and weight of the package.
  • Which countries do you ship to and in what time?
United States (local):
-Shipping time: 3-5 business days
-Total estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days
International
-Europe: 3-7 business days
-Canada 3-7 business days
-Rest of the world: 7-20 business days
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged? If your order arrives damaged, please contact us here within the first hours of delivery and send us photos of the damaged product and we will contact you as soon as possible to solve the problem.  

About Payments and Returns:

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept PayPal.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order? You can cancel or modify your order if it has not yet been processed. Contact us as soon as possible to make any changes.
  • What is your return policy? If for some reason you made a mistake when selecting your item, for example, you ordered the wrong size, don't worry! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item (unused and unwashed) and get a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges). We simply contact here our friendly customer service team to start the return process.

In the event that the error is on our part, for example error in the personalization of the product, the return and shipping costs are assumed by us.
